Sunrise Diner Kabab Express - Adel

Pretty irritated i guess i should have read the reviews! I love diners and the sign said breakfast served all day but they had no main breakfast items(pancakes, biscuits, gravy, etc. . We had already ordered drinks before we tried to order and after we decided to leave instead(we really wanted breakfast we were still charged for the drinks we took two sips of. Needless to say not happy and wouldnt recommend.

Only one lady act as cashier, cooker and waitress! The worst dining experience I ever had in US. Won't come back again, won't recommend to anyone for this.. I'm surprised it still open.. maybe this is the only place open around the area..

I always root for independent hole in the wall diners, and generally find places like this offer food that is superior to Dennys/IHOP/Waffle House/etc. So I was hoping to be impressed by the Sunrise Diner when we stopped here on the way to Florida. Sadly, I cannot recommend the Sunrise Diner. The restaurant was gross the floor was sticky and the table was unclean. The service was terrible. The waitstaff was not attentive and an order for 6 chicken wings with french fries took so long to prepare we finally got tired of waiting, paid our ticket, and left. After thirty minutes we recieved four chicken wings and told the rest of the meal would be out in a little bit. After eating his 4 chicken wings and not receiving the remaining portion of his order, we indicated we wanted to settle our ticket and leave. We were charged the full amount for the food that was never brought to the table. On the upside, I ordered an omlet that was delicious. But overall this restaurant was a big disappointment. I do not recommend stopping here and I especially would not stop here if you are a traveler on Interstate 75 in a hurry to get to your final destination.

This little while in the wall place is amazing! butter chicken served with basmati rice! they also have 18 wheeler parking and over night parking! Really good stop for drivers with amazing food!

I tried this place because of the excellent reviews posted here. Those comments must have been placed by the owner or relatives. It is a run down old huddle house type place. It needed a good cleaning. We started to leave when we realized there were no other customers and only one person working, which is not a sign of a really good restaurant. I ordered chicken tenders which were inedible. They were frozen tenders and must have been around a long time because they were so tough I couldn't even tear them in two. The baked potato was good (but how can you screw that up? . My husband had the catfish and said they were edible but nothing to drive out of your way for. We should have stopped at the Hardees instead. Next time we go to the Need More Speedway, we will eat at the track. Their hamburgers looked better than the food at the diner.
