Fonda Central - Adeje

On a visit to the town of Adeje we spotted this very traditional looking Canarian restaurant, and with the board advertising a 'menu del dia ' at 8.50 euros each we decided to walk on in. The interior is very quirky with an array of metal number plates, vehicle bumpers with illuminated lights and an assortment of other paraphernalia with illuminations! The building also has a further sun lounge out the back, which was interesting with it 's very green interior. The 3 course menu del dia was excellent....the starter was a creamy vegetable soup, followed by a choice of fish, chicken or pork (accompanied by salad Canarian potatoes) finished off with a selection of desserts on display. Actually the dessert was the favourite part of the meal for me, it wasn 't too sweet and the portions were generous, as was all of the meal. The service was also very prompt and courteous. Wish we could return, maybe we will if ever we visit Tenerife again!

Girlie lunch. Absolutely beautiful meal with the girls for our Friday lunch. Starters to share then the cherne was lovely served with canarian potatoes salsas and salad. Others had the chicken and loved it. With loads of large bottles of water, one and half litres of wine between 5 plus coffees all for less than 20 euros per person. The setting is gorgeous and in dappled sunshine. With excellent service to top it all off.

Breakfast is a good selection of dishes each day, but the evening meals are very good especially sat on the street watching the world go by. Excellent selection of meat dishes and the staff are very good in helping you translate and what to order for each course.

Combina el diseño tradicional canario, buena gota, amplias habitaciones, excelente restauración, buen colchón y sobre todo la gran bondad del equipo humano que junto con la exquisita limpieza y paz y tranquilidad que transmite. Lo recomiendo totalmente, también está en un lugar ideal para acercarse a las playas del sur como las poblaciones del norte. Si vas al sur de la carne, no te lo pierdas.

Uno, de los albergues rurales más originales, exóticos, con el medio ambiente, mucho antes de nuestro tiempo, de décadas antes de nuestro tiempo. el más asombroso, la ubicación central, en su centro, de la muy excelentisima villa de adeje, actualmente, ha hecho en la granja anexa un comedor, con entidad propia y especial para su tema, de antiguo tema de motorismo, fonda, és de alto precio, el precio del restaurante, el más normal y económico, la carta y su menú, son típicos y con variedad, de postres y vinos y licores. el personal, la idea, el trabajo en conciencia y nos deja la lista muy alta, en tratamiento y bondad
