Snooze - Addison

This restaurant is excellent! My fiancée and I attempted to dine here several times, and we finally managed to snag two spots at the bar on a whim. I wouldn't recommend coming if you have a reservation, though. I ordered the Tofu Scramble with a side of soyrizo, and I must say it was wonderfully seasoned and came in a generous portion. I also tried a moimosa, but I felt that the champagne-to-abi ratio just didn't justify its high price.

The vegan pancakes were delicious, but the tofu scramble lacked seasoning and was bland. I was a bit disappointed by that, but overall, the restaurant is beautiful and most of the staff are very welcoming.

The menu features a plant-based focus, including delicious vegan pancakes! You can substitute any item for tofu eggs, which is a nice touch. The soyrizo was enjoyable as well. My server, Key, was very knowledgeable about the vegan options available. I will definitely return and request Key as my server again!
