Smashburger - Addison

Double Mushroom Truffle burger was dog food. Slapped together, over salted, too much truffle, greasy mess. Meat in burger destroyed by sloppy chef. Staff are young, being nuckle-heads. Acting like 14 yr olds. Don't care about the job or the company. Fooling around, throwing things at each other. Oblivious to all the people watching. They should all be fired. AUGUST 26,2020 5:00 pm. Curly haired, male cashier w/glasses, fire him, big heavy female cashier had zero customer service skill, was eating behind counter sauntering around, fire her too along with the heavy handed burger chef. Now they turned up rap music in the back kitchen.

Amazing tots and burgers. The fries weren't as good as the tots, but shakes are pretty good as well, overall a great place to grab a burger.

Had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was awesome. Very few places cook the mushrooms enough, but this place got it right

Been passing by here for so long and never actually stopped in, definitely glad I finally did! First bite of the burger was incredible, the flavor of the patty itself was amazing and was only complimented by the pepperjack cheese and Chipotle mayo. I will definitely be coming back here?

Food is usually cooked pretty well here. The only downside is how mellow and impolite the staff is at times. Not that they're rude...they just usually seem mad at life. Tough job working in the food industry, but not the mood I wanna be around during my lunch break.
