Midway Point - Addison

The message read: "VERONICA, we’re ready for you to come in. Please proceed to the registration desk at 12801 Midway Road, Suite 503, Dallas, TX, 75244-6813 to finalize your registration. We’ll see you soon!" Upon arrival, I just had to check in, pay my copay, have my vitals taken, and I was seen shortly after that. Dr. Lin was fantastic and answered all my questions. I hope I won't have to return, but if I do, I’ll definitely come back to see Dr. Lin and the staff at this CareNow.

Today I was a hot mess! I was so embarrassed because I didn’t feel my best. I haven’t been this sick in a long time and I do not like seeing the doctor. The nurses were fabulous and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and were not judgmental. They even have the option of Apple Pay. Everything was very clean. The visit was fast. They were not rough when testing me for Covid. Doctor Lin was great he gave me his recommendation and prescribed me medication. If I was to get sick again (hopefully not) I would come here to see Dr.Lin. Over all very happy with my visit. You all have a great team. Thank you all for being amazing medical professionals.

Overall a really good experience; I've been to plenty of urgent care facilities where the staff was sour top to bottom, but this was far better. The person at the desk and the nurse were great, and doctor Lin was awesome. He gave me so much insight on a few different health issues; even those outside of the cause for my visit. And on top of that, he was genuinely kind and attentive. Thank y'all so much.

I’ve visited this Care Now a few times and have consistently been impressed with the service and staff. Today was no exception. Dr. Harris Lin was very thorough and took the time to communicate with me and explain everything clearly. Keep up the great work and excellent service!

The doctor and nurse did an exceptional job in taking care of my pregnant wife as well as myself. We had the flu for the past week. I have never been this sick. My wife who was due in 4 weeks ran a 102+ degree fever. We were greatly appreciative of the nurse and doctor who attended my wife and I. Although, the fat African American receptionist, who we unfortunately met upon entry to the Care Now was extremely impatient, short tempered, and unfriendly to my wife and I. I am familiar with patient care in the medical field, and I know expectations that are expected to be met. This woman met no expectations, had no empathy, did not care, and I felt unwanted due to her attitude. She is by no means a friendly person, and seems to have forgotten that she is a medical professional. She had no sense of urgency, and did not care about my pregnant wife’s alarming condition. Fortunately this is not a complete representation of the full staff, although I feel it must be known that this woman is not in the right line of work. Other than that, thank you to the nurse and doctor that took good care of my wife and I. -Thank you.
