Caler Cove Lobster Company - Addison

I was excited to visit this restaurant for some fresh lobster, and my experience was truly fantastic! Bob greeted us with genuine warmth, and the staff was eager to assist us and share their lobster-catching techniques. However, the map we received was somewhat confusing, leading us to the owner's house instead. We ended up driving an extra three miles before we finally located Caler Cove Pier. Despite the detour, our determination to enjoy the lobster kept our spirits high, and the little adventure didn't bother us at all!

We had a wonderful experience at this charming little dock that is popular with local lobstermen. Bob served us soft-shell lobsters, just as we had hoped, and they were reasonably priced. Although we had to wait a bit while he assisted other customers, he made it a point to engage with us as soon as he was free. As out-of-state visitors, we were eager to learn more about lobsters and what to look for when purchasing them. Even though this spot is a bit off the beaten path from typical tourist areas, it is absolutely worth the trip!

We did find the directions a little unclear and accidentally ended up at the owner's house, but to get to the restaurant, you need to drive about three miles further to Caler Cove Pier. Thankfully, our eagerness for some delicious lobster made the minor detour inconsequential!
