Burger King - Addison

I had a great experience in the morning at this restaurant. The staff member who took my order was very friendly, got it correct, and was kind to my children. They made sure we had our BBQ sauces and crowns. The service was fast and accurate. In terms of vegetarian options, they offer Impossible burgers and various breakfast items.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I will never come here again. The attitude and customer service were terrible. The guy who claimed to be a manager slammed the window in my face and forgot items in my order. Additionally, all the food was cold and unappetizing. I was shocked by the disrespectful attitude.

The woman at the final window was rude, my large fries were only half full, and there was no sauce for my nuggets. It was a simple order, but it was still botched. I was disappointed to receive two combined large fries instead of two separate ones. BK usually has the best fast food fries, so this was a letdown.

I used to like this location better than Wood Dale. Now I prefer Wood Dale again. They have gotten better and it has gotten worse here. I got yelled at one time for asking for an extra sauce. I mean the marinara comes with the sticks so....Then they forget cheese and just put whatever you don't ask for on. I got bbq sauce instead of ketchup. They told me it was ketchup. It wasn't. Took 15 mins with 2 cars. I see why they are not busy. Back to other location.Unfortunately I had to go this one again. This experience was even worse. Charged me for extra lettuce and tomato. I ordered sandwich without those items. Finally gave me money back after telling me I was wrong until I kept showing her on the receipt. Forgot my drink. Made me wait for it 5 more mins. In there almost 20 mins. I was only customer inside. Maybe they just need to close.
