Bidrage med feedbackWe wanted to castellis because we have heard that they have made their own pasta and were greeted by the least welcome person in Ethiopia. we ordered calamari and roasted vegetables for appetizer. the roasted vegetables were great and we could have used Marinara sauce with the calamari. the rest of the food was blanching and the insert was over cooked, but now we can say we had their pasta. the server seemed tense, but considering how we were received, it can be the culture of the house.
Excellent experience with authentic Italian cuisine in a very classic and impeccable dining room. we had a mix of antipasti that were just perfect. we then divided 3 different types of pasta, which were simply perfectly cooked and prepared. the pasta with safron sauce and the linguini with tinten fish color were especially good. dessert was also very good.
That was such an experience. very good Italian kitchen. great atmosphere.
We tried three different pastas with truffle, gorgonzola and ham. the pasta itself nudel is homemade and the cream sauce is for me something too buttery to finish everything, but tasty. there are various Italian restaurants in addis, this is the place for a creamy pasta:
My Italian friend recommended this reataurant. lasagna is the best and I also want to hack baby lamb.
