I have visited this restaurant many times and have always had a positive experience. It is unfortunate to see negative reviews from other black individuals towards a black-owned establishment. The lady who runs the restaurant has always been polite and accommodating to me, even going out of her way to provide great service. It is important for people to speak with others before passing judgement, as reviews can greatly impact the success of the business owner. I cannot speak to the specific situation mentioned in the previous review, as I have only interacted with the staff over the phone. It is a shame that some may have missed out on the opportunity to enjoy the food at this Caribbean establishment.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today since I was in the area. The curry dish was really good, and as a fellow curry enthusiast, I could appreciate its authenticity. However, I wasn't impressed with the roti that I ordered. It was only made fresh and hot upon request, but I personally prefer it freshly made. It wasn't terrible, just not to my personal preference. The staff was very helpful when I called and during my meal. Overall, my experience was positive. I also love supporting black-owned businesses, so I will definitely eat here again.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I haven't had jerk chicken in over 6 months due to my location and having a baby. I was in the city using Uber and decided to Google and found this place. It hit the spot perfectly. The food was perfectly seasoned and the service was also very nice.

Eating is absolutely delicious! after my man and I visited this restaurant for the first time, we have gone back several times in the last 2 weeks. the owner and the workers were also very pleasant and my family will continue to be regular customers!

I love the food here! Me and my family go here often. Good food is hard to find. Thank you for the good food you serve the community.
