Kono - ACQUI TERME

Ice cream is gluten-free, all gouits, and it is great. ideal for celiacs. gluten-free cakes are also available.

We found Kono by recommendation by a local- and what a gem it is. A gelateria offering all the standards but a lot more besides. We tried a chocolate sorbet to die for, a mouth watering almond granita, an fab egg and cream lemon ice cream. Other delicacies on offer included a peach and local red wine sorbet and a white chocolate and orange liqueur concoction. The owner is very friendly and generous with tastes. Certainly Well worth a detour.
