Casale La Monaldesca - ACQUAPENDENTE

GENERAL STUFF: A nearby Michelin starred restaurant, La Parolina, manages Monaldesca, and the result is both a budget and palate pleasing joy. LOCATION: The topmost corner of Lazio, between Trevinano, and Allerona. Set in one of the Italian state run parks, with ample parking space. CLIENTELE AND WHEN TO VISIT: Anyone is welcome, and there is no dress code. ATMOSPHERE: This has the feel of being a warm, friendly and very welcoming country hostel DECOR: Wood panelled alpine style dining rooms, with al fresco also an option. FOOD: The positive influence of the excellent management team of La Paolina here at Monaldesca is evident. A short menu, which is exquisitely cooked and presented, any diner would be delighted to have. Nice wines on offer as well. FACILITIES: Super clean bathrooms and dining area. WOULD WE RETURN? Yes.

The monaldesca deserves 6 stars......cordiality and excellent cuisine! I am vegan and I really found goose specialties and not usual dishes....the place is magnificent in short paradise!

I highly recommend it to those who want to relax in a comfortable place in the midst of nature. the staff is very courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. food is delicious and abundant portions. a special thank you to silvia that made us feel at home. We'll be back soon.

Past the Easter weekend in total relaxation, surrounded by greenery. great welcome from the staff. delicious and delicious cuisine. I highly recommend the location. Okay. I felt pampered
