What a beautiful little restaurant in the square. A party of five, we stopped here for lunch after wandering about the city. It was phenomenal.. fresh pasta and salads were had and we were impressed. I myself had a carbonara which was on the best meals I had all week while in Sicily. The service was as excellent as the food.

The place is very nice. Under the shadow of threes, during the sunny afternoon is fresh and cosy. Tipical sicilian food, granita is exellent.

Beautiful old building, restored and made into several different restaurant rooms. Upstairs fine dining, downstairs more brasserie type atmosphere, with lots of tables outside on the square. Food is really delicious lots of different things with seafood including risottos. Granita are to die for. Very friendly service including an opera singing chef! Live music quite often.

The other guests were local people and we were the only tourist (4 couples , this made good feeling. The service was very good, the waiters know to explain in English all the menu. first course was for tasting, the main course arrived on time and together for all. We enjoy the waiter sings Pavarotti : , but all waiters provide good and nice service. Fully recommended

Excellent aperitif, more reasonable price, more central but reserved place, ideal for spending a few hours in good company. also very good coffee and coffee cream.
