Good morning, I want to talk to you about a cake I took yesterday from that pastry shop. I ordered with 2 days in advance a semifreddo to the almonds in the form of cake, since I had to celebrate my birthday. They gave me a nice cake as a designer, but the semifreddo was almost nothing. That little inside was also mixed with a lot of cream and then in the edges and above at least 3 cm of cream. Result as many people the cream alone does not like, the cake remained almost all in the dishes. So if you go from the Mignemi pastry and want semi-freddo to almonds, do not buy the cake because you will be delivered a cake with at least 80% of whipped cream.
