I was really disappointed with the ribs. For $11.66, I only got three bones with barely any meat on them, and it seems like they just microwaved my order.

I can't praise this restaurant enough! We visited for the first time tonight and are really regretting not discovering it sooner. I think the owner took care of our order and provided exceptional customer service—he was friendly and very accommodating. Since it was our first visit, he took the time to explain the entire menu. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of mac and cheese and sweet potato fluff, and it was absolutely incredible! My boyfriend had the beef brisket sandwich along with fried okra and collard greens. Being from Georgia, he’s quite picky about Southern food, and he's currently savoring every bite from the takeout box. We still have the banana pudding and peach cobbler to enjoy, which I’m sure will be just as fantastic. We've already made plans to dine there again tomorrow night. This place is definitely going to become a regular spot for us. Please support this wonderful locally-owned business and treat yourself to some amazing food—you won’t be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant today and decided to give it a try. As someone from Georgia, I have a deep appreciation for barbecue and Southern cuisine. I ordered the brisket sandwich meal along with collard greens and fried okra. Now I'm kicking myself for not finding this place sooner because it was fantastic! The gentleman who took our order, who may have been the owner, was very informative about the menu and engaged with us without rushing us to make our choices. He was excellent. The restaurant was impeccably clean and had a wonderful aroma. The food transported me back to my roots, and I plan on returning regularly. I also tried the Southern banana pudding, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The dishes were freshly cooked, bursting with flavor, and the service was quick. It's the perfect spot for a to-go order or dining in. I give it two thumbs up!

To begin the service was amazing! I had a hard time deciding between the brisket or ribs but went with the ribs… and I am GLAD I did! They were fall of the bone with the best sweet and spicy flavor. We will definitely be making another trip!

Just got 2 sides.At 5.50,should have been something special about the baked beans.Too much surgery sauce covering tiny little beans.Should have at least had some bacon or pork in them.The coleslaw was better with a perfect balance of sweet and sour.A little celery seed in it would not hurt though.Overall disappointed with the beans.Could have got a can for a buck and would have been better.
