Baskin-robbins - Accokeek

This is the worst baskin-robbins I've been to!! If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Online and sign on the window say they close the lobby 8pm and the drive-thru 10pm, yet I had to knock on the window for them to open the door. There were three employees in the lobby, and one of which was laughing that I had noticed them. Not sure how this location remains open because their customer service is ridiculous!! Drive to another location and don't waste your time and money at this one!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They close at the most random times when on the website it says they close at 10:00pm EVERYDAY. this is the second time I've been there and each time I pull up to the drive through at 8 pm they tell me they are closed. do better.

This franchise should take inventory daily to ensure they have a substantial amount of ice cream. I asked for three different items and they were out of each one, down to bananas for a smoothie. This was very disappointing.

I can’t even tell you what flavors they have available at this location. They were out of vanilla ice cream and just about any other flavor. When I asked for rainbow sprinkles they only had red. They don’t have soft serve despite it being advertise in the drive-thru. I definitely will make the drive to another location or pick a different ice cream spot.

There were no bananas, no brownies, and no waffle cones. What was the purpose in them opening. They always lacking in something.
