Sabroso & Casero - Acapulco de Juárez

This is a spot I hit regularly when in town due to its convenience opposite the Fiesta Americana hotel and the great smoothies they serve. Fresh blended fruit drinks for 28 peso with a wide variety of choices. The huevos con chorizo is very good served with beans and tortillas. If you care for toast just mention prior. Eggs a side of toast and with 2 smoothies 108 peso about 5.50 USD. One of the many bargains around town.

Loved this place! Excellent breakfasts (the only meal I ate there) and fantastic fruit blend drinks. Prices are very reasonable and service is with a smile. Highly recommended.

So we ate here the first morning we arrived, very impressed. We had the fruit plate and huegos with bacon, and we also got pancakes with it, Super delicious......very simple and the OJ was freshly squeezed!

Simple restaurant on the Costera with a few outdoor tables. They have a variety of fresh squeezed fruit juices that you can pick with your meal. Ladies who work there were so nice and helpful. Went there for breakfast for two days in a row. They have specials; breakfast (48 pesos) and lunch (60 pesos). I had the breakfast special with two scrambled eggs with chorizo and they were very flavorful. Accompanied by some black beans and sprinkle of cheese, warm tortillas, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. All for 48 pesos. Only negative was that their coffee appears to be the instant kind and not freshly brewed. But the fresh OJ was delicious. Overall, simple, no frills great breakfast place for a nice value price.

Directly across from the Fiesta Americana this has become a regular breakfast spot. Good smoothies and my eggs whether with chorizo or bacon are always cooked just the way I like them.
