Beautiful experience there burger are too juicy and tasty taste are different from other brandenburger

The hardee’s is located at the eating place of the abu dhabi mall and offers a varied selection of burgers, fries, drinks and shakes. hardee’s also have a tasty brat bark sandwich and a hot dog sandwich as well as are grateful lasting menu points. the Veggie-Burger I tried was curry flavored and too spicy for my taste, which I wish I had been informed at the order. other than that, always great delicious almost food.

I'm a big fan of Hardee's, but this outlet is a terrible place to get your food from. Food quality is questionable and they will not give you ketchup with it cuz apparently it's the most expensive item for them. When I requested more than 2 small ketchup sachet with my order of two large burger meal the staff told me it's 1 dirham for each (heard it the first time in my life at any fast food restaurant). There were others complaining on their orders too to the staff.

I purchased a kids meal for my son in Ramadan and I witnessed a gentleman order a meal before me. He specifically asked for no sauce/ ketchup on his sandwich. As I was waiting for my son’s meal the man came back with his meal displeased. There was ketchup on his sandwich. He quietly asked for another burger with no sauce (I think he meant ketchup as he was American). Here’s the shady part... they literally took his burger to the back and wiped the ketchup off the burger and gave it back to him. I saw the smears personally as I was collecting my son’s kids meal. Not only is that nasty but it’s bad business. He had enough and demanded a refund. As for my experience, I forgot my son’s bottle on the counter and I’ve been tried calling them for an hour. Guess what? They just let the phone ring. I went back there and called before approaching the counter, and sure enough they just let the phone ring without answering. I will NEVER buy food here again.
