Bj's Brewhouse - Aboite

Had a decent selection of food. 2 entrees, and desert for under $60. The place had great vibes, friendly staff, and could see the employees working to keep everything clean in between customers. Lots of sports on TV if you're into that. Happy with the service tonight.

The food at BJ's is always great, but we ordered probably around 5:15pm, and we didn't get our food until almost an hour later. I know they were busy, but there many people with bigger parties that got their food ahead of us, and we only ordered 2 kids mac and cheese, a chicken sandwich, fettuccine, and a chicken dish. It was so HOT in there. I don't know what was going on, but I was struggling. Our waiter was nice, and I know it's not his fault the food was taking so long, but instead of bringing us our check and a box quick to wrap us up, he decided to take a party of 15's order. He saw that we were finished when he brought their drinks so I thought it would have made sense to just wrap us up and then move on. Overall, it may be a while before I go back.

Took an hour to get our food. Table next to us that came after us got their food 15 mins before us. Our food was all cold, and didn't receive it as it was ordered. Overall was there for 2 hours because slow service

Waited over an hour for food delivery and they just now cancelled my order because reasons given they are out of stock on steaks and ice tea. Issued refund and that was how things ended. It’s late at night not many choices now for food now I got to get dressed and drive around to get a meal. I feel like if you are out of stock on the thing I ordered don’t make me wait over an hour to let me know! ****!
