I went there a few times, the personal is always friendly and tries to explain the new elements on menu and special offers. classic burger is my favorite friend chicken burger is good, but too much fat lol fried are beautiful and crispy

It's either my expectations were set too high, or they really weren't worth 5 stars for me. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. It's the quantity and price that turned me off. I was expecting something bigger, or at least cheaper for the quantity that was served. Come to think of it, they are not that expensive compared to other burgers in the area, but somehow, I felt like I didn't get my full money's worth. Blame social media for hyping Shake Shack up for me. It's probably the closest to In n' Out that I can get my hands on while I'm here in the UAE.

This is by far, the best Shake Shack branch that I have EVER been to! Every single burger is extremely juicy, delicious and filling along with the fries. The beverages are all very fresh and thirst-quenching, I would drink them all day and everyday if I could! The lettuce and tomatoes in the burgers are the best part, so fresh, cool, refreshing and crunchy. My favorite concrete is the strawberry cheesecake one, the sauce tastes like fresh strawberries and the concrete itself is the creamiest i’ve ever tried! The cherry on top is the hospitality of the staff, whenever I go there they recongnize me and warmly welcome me back which brightens my day. : Keep it up! My only negative remark is the price, it’s quite expensive but besides that, I understand that the high quality dishes deserve the money. Recommend this 100% if you’re passing by Marina Mall.

I was a little late looking for Shake-Hack and I'm honestly sad, I didn't try this place earlier. holy moly the burgers are wonderful! absolutely perfect. can not wait to come back and try the rest. the red velvet was beautiful!

Always a secure option. You know exactly what you'll get every time. good quality burger with care and drinks. I love her chickenburger, but the real winner is her smoking hook. top notch.
