Tornado Alley - Abilene

The restaurant is no longer open. We had bad food two times in a row. This time we experienced the worst service ever. We waited over 30 minutes for just one drink and nothing else. Brandon, you need to address this issue. I have video evidence to show you.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the entertainment is clean and enjoyable.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The new owners were extremely rude when I visited last weekend for the Saturday event. One of the owners even publicly called their employee a derogatory name that I will not repeat. This owner seemed to lack knowledge and was disrespectful towards the bartenders and kitchen staff. The food was subpar - my French fries were overcooked and my burger was undercooked. I will not be coming back. Additionally, the bowling staff was also rude to the children bowling.

Food took 45 minutes to come out to us and we were the only ones in there for a good while. Then an employee started to throw a fit and slam doors and curse while a were trying to enjoy our meal. Very unprofessional.

This bowling alley has been a monthly family fun place for our family for quite awhile. We drive from Salina to enjoy bowling and the food. However, we had a much different experience today. The friendly staff that we are accustomed to has been replaced by a rude j who is only interested in the league bowlers. He has no time for family fun I guess. He had zero desire to be helpful, couldn't even give us a right and left shoe (twice) and refused to let our children bowl in socks because it upsets the league bowlers. The lady behind the bar was super friendly as usual. We will no longer be spending our money here. Not to be treated like this.
