Chop Chop Express - Aberdeenshire

We were extremely disappointed with our takeaway tonight. It was delivered cold and the chips were soggy. The rice was overcooked and mushy. When we spoke to the manager on the phone, it seemed like she was not competent and could only respond with "okay" after a long pause. We are currently waiting for our food to be collected and for a refund. We will not be ordering from this takeaway again. After waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes for collection, we are still waiting and have had to pay for a taxi to go out as we informed the manager we had plans. This experience has completely ruined our evening. The service is a complete joke and we would not recommend it.

I have ordered multiple different things over the past few weeks. trying to find something wrong but time and time again they surpass my standards with unique flavours speedy delivery's and a great price to top it all off I will be using this takeaway more. THIS IS A MUST TRY FOR CHINESE LOVERS !!!!

I'll admit our order was very quick to collect, however my husband and I had a shared starter which was pretty horrible. The vegetables in the spring rolls were past their best and the sticky ribs were more fat than meat. My main course of Tom yum chicken was okay but rice overcooked and hard to chew. I was really looking forward to pineapple fritters which I hadn't had in years but sadly the batter was not cooked so when I cut them open runny raw batter poured out. Won't be going back again.

Fthe food was fabulous, lovely decor, not to cramped. the waitress was very cheerful and happy. Very good atmosphere.
