Bidrage med feedbackIn the evening, there were not many people and the service was average. However, the food was served promptly. The chicken was incredibly tasty and the mutton curry comes highly recommended. Additionally, the restaurant's decor is superb. Overall, it is well worth a visit.
The food at this restaurant was delicious. The mango and sticky rice was one of the best in town, especially with the fragrant pandan and coconut sauce. However, the portion size of the sticky rice could be larger.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. It had a local charm that made me feel like I wasn't in the UK for a moment. The food was delicious and the way it was presented made it even more appetizing. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I recommend requesting a table at the far left end of the restaurant where there is a lovely traditional chair.
Good service but good could be better, duck was dried, lamb was slightly overcooked (not even sightly pink) and chocolate fondant was not fondant (i.e. the chocolate was completely cooked inside, it was more a normal chocolate cake). I didn't feel any alcohol in the cocktail either (but that's common in any place as many restaurants put a lot of ice when doing cocktails). Decoration is superb. I feel it didn't much to make the food excellent because the sauces and curries are just excellent.
Terrible, I honestly felt it was such a waste of time coming here, would've been better with a pack of noodles from tesco instead, at least would've been more satisfying and much quicker. Am trying to think of any positives to include here but really can't think of much apart from it's a nice place with good deco, and probably say the salad was actually OK too. But everything else from food to the service to the waiting time was shocking. Imagine falling asleep between the time the starters came out till the main meal, that's never happened to me before, and even longer wait to clear the tables. All of that on a quiet Monday evening
