Back Hilton Fish - Aberdeen

Had nice fish and chips last night. batter light and crispy and not greasy. size perfect. impressed by the muddy peas that come in a waxed karton instead of plastic!

Been my favourite chipper for 16 years! You can see the kitchen/food prep areas and hygiene is clearly excellent....Their lunchtime specials are all a treat, best macaroni n cheese ever!! The various selection of fish are always freshly cooked on order and are delicious. They give you a decent portion of chips and I've never been able to fault anything on their menu. Some core staff have been there for the 16years I've been returning for and give a lovely, personable service.

Great deal on large chips on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday! You can get two fish suppers for just ten pounds. You can't beat that!

I decided to try the chicken fillet dinner tonight and was very pleased with it. The portion of chicken was generous, and there was just the right amount of chips. In fact, I had to share one with my dog! Overall, it was a great meal.

The dough was full of flavor. We ordered the squid and the bun, both of which were delightful. The dough was crispy and rich in taste. My only critique would be that it was a bit too salty.
