And if you say 41 without capers, it is also without capers. Great! (Only on the salad that did not work, he still came with tomatoes and had to be updated, but that was fast and friendly. The pizzas come between 6.80 and 7.90, which is a moderate price, but: these are super big things. they are already served on very large plates, but they are still too small: the price is cheaper. You can also order them smaller, but I don't know what they'll cost. In any case, they are super tasty. with the candle standing on the table, it does not work so well, I need the operation waving and they ask to ignite. This is just a little thing, and we would have done it ourselves if only someone had something easier with it. I remember when I first. Once at the restaurant An der Abens. At that time, we thought my husband and I were not going to come back. Well, but since it was the only pizzeria in the city at that time, we were once again stranded there and were very surprised how good it was! Meanwhile we are regular guests and appreciate the good food. On 15.08. our last visit was before the upcoming renovation. It didn't look down at the time or dirty at all, on the contrary. But the owners are obviously of the view that a change must come from. I very much hope that the open wood stove will remain, which one has a good eye on from most of the seats and is allowed to watch father and son at the pizza shop. The rooms were kept in warm, pleasant colours until then. But on that day we ate in the beer garden due to the wonderfully warm weather, which lies directly on the river of Abens and is kept largely shaded by beautiful mourning pastures. On the opposite side is the castle wall, which still underlines the beautiful ambience. The road in front of it does not like to say to everyone, as the engine noise of the passing companions is only slightly damped. For this you can often see old cars and motorcycles passing on weekends. Pizzaria is a family business. Although some waitresses are additional assistants, as the comparatively high number of guests for the family alone can no longer be copied, the hard core consists of the Turkish family Akbulut. They are all very friendly and accommodating and if there is little to do in an afternoon in the wood stove, the boss can also go well in beer garden. We had never had to wait for the food for a long time and none of the nice services was too bad for a friendly smile. An Italian pizzaria from the Turks with Bavarian cosiness led to the full satisfaction of the guests. This is effectively called multicultural! As mentioned in the introduction, food is now excellent. The ingredients are fresh and the food is very tasty. There was an incident some time ago, as when picking up the supplement salad was placed on the lid of the hot noodles, but after a criticism that was very well received, this has no longer happened and we are still happy to see guests. There's nothing to complain about cleanliness. Of course, this pizzeria is not a Nobel restaurant. But very cozy, with a beautiful ambience, friendly services and delicious food. Cosiness but please don't sit slowly!
We visited the inn on 13.1.10 due to a recommendation from a working mate. And it turned out to be a very good recommendation. We stayed with 6 people and the guest room was well filled. Nevertheless, the service immediately came to us and brought the menu and asked for the drinks before. The drinks then came quite quickly. I think the food itself was a dream. I have rarely eaten so delicious pasta and pizza. I personally had ordered pasta and the Rigatoni had bite. The tomato cream sauce also tasted tomatoy and it was also abundant tuna in the sauce. Not as with some other restaurants where the main part of the dish has to look. My food companions were all very enthusiastic about their choice of dishes. And everyone would definitely visit the Gasthaus An der Abens again. I also liked the atmosphere very well. It is set up according to the meditar style and beautifully decorated with small decorations and candles. The view of the open cooking area is also beautiful. Because you can watch the two pizza bakers as they prepare the pizzas. My conclusion is that the Gasthaus An der Abens is highly recommended.
