The staff here is so rude, they literally throw things at you to get you out of there and they don’t even say anything. The other day, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the whole order was wrong! They don’t even listen and cut you off but make the wrong order!!

Yesterday, I ordered plain bagel toasted with butter but they toasted it with cream cheese. Today, I ordered steep tea but they gave me coffee instead. By the time I saw it, I was on my way. I cannot go back and get it changed. I think they should really understand what a customer service is. Sometimes, I saw them talking to each other while serving drive through. It does not look good to the customers. It’s the closest Tim to me, that’s why I am going there.

I would have to say this Tim Hortons needs the health board in there. I will never go back. The flies on the food is horrendous. There was blood in the bathrooms.Nobody does regular cleaning there. I knew someone that worked there and quit because of the poor hygiene and food safe measures. Save your money and health. Don't use this Tim Hortons. It's terrible.
