Hardee's - Abbeville

Decided to try this hardee again after 2 very bad experiences. The change was incredible. The servers were friendly and helpful and the food was great. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were clean. Go on!

Out of all the restaurants in Abbeville, this is definitely my favorite. I may come here more often than I should, but every visit has been met with excellent customer service, hot and fresh food, and a clean dining atmosphere. Tonight, they really impressed me. Jeremy was incredibly friendly and had a great conversation with me while I was eating; he’s really easy to talk to! I truly love this place and the staff, and I plan to keep coming back for as long as I can!

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars if it weren't for a hiccup during our breakfast visit. When we tried to order from the breakfast menu, the female cashier informed us, "I know the breakfast menu is up, but we can't serve it anymore because we ran out of cookies." We were about to leave in search of another breakfast spot when we realized there was nothing else nearby, so we returned to ask if we could have everything on toast. The male cashier was helpful and inquired about what was cooked and available. The female cashier shared the options, and although she initially declined our request for a chicken sandwich, she ultimately agreed to make it for us. It took a little while, but she prepared everything fresh and even gave us two cookies while we waited. We experienced both poor and excellent customer service during our visit. Some staff could benefit from thinking outside the box! Go Coco! We were visiting from out of town, and you truly made our day!

Jalapeño Burger is fantastic! The fries were fresh, and the woman who took our orders was very friendly. It wasn’t the typical fast food experience I’m used to. It was the best drive-thru experience I've had in years!
