Went in and got seated in restaurant. Sat at table for 10 minutes and noone came even greet us at table. Only had 2 tables with people and they already had their food. Another couple walked in and got seated and had someone at their table immediately. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Within two minutes after I checked in for curbside a very pleasant worker came out and brought my order. I was extremely impressed. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Food: 5 Service: 5

Chili's seems to be getting better with their service. When we went on a Saturday, it was fairly slow. The food seemed to take a while, coming out separately. Our soup took the longest, which seemed backwards. Overall, it is a good option in a pinch as the food options have been dialed back and quality can be focused on in a better way.
