Nice place to relax when strolling through the city or coming out of the castle. The cherry beer is recommended. Wonderfully refreshing in warm temperatures. Service is quick and drink prices are normal for Belgian standards. You can't eat here. The sanitary facilities were very clean. Price per person: €1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very quiet but nice! We met some friendly Belgians but an early fi ish at 10pm. They put the footy on for us too.

Beautiful cozy bar near the castle Gravensteen in Gent. Good selection of beers and beautiful background music. Ging there every day at our short break.

Decent, classic Belgian cafe opposite the Gravensteen. Good beers on draught, friendly service, slightly messy. Good atmosphere. Not for hipsters, I guess, but certainly a good cafe for normal people.
