Kanpai Running Sushi & Lounge - Aachen

Gluten free sushi supplied, labelled on menu though not well. Staff seemed to understand well and supplied gf soy sauce.

Menu has allergens labeled (some are missed on accident though. Be vigilant about Krebs as it’s imitation thus not GF, anything fried like tempura rolls, and they missed an “A” on a dish that has Teriyaki sauce even though they note by itself that it contains gluten). Staff was great when I mentioned I couldn’t have gluten, and had GF Soy sauce. They don’t take credit card

We've been waiting for more than 1.5 hours to eat. in the meantime, the people who wanted to pick up their kidnapping waited no more than 15min. they have not apologized and have not made a discount for the bad service.

The food was really delicious and fresh, unfortunately the service did not live on the meal, forks pushed to us and do not make for the best culinary experience.

Very nice setting.. delicious sushi , salad, soup.. etc. good and nice service. good price- quality ratio. I'll come back definitely.
