Cool Beans Café In Med

We had our daughter’s 8th birthday party here and it was a fantastic experience! The owner was very responsive answering all my questions beforehand. Mallory and Halle were wonderful with all the kids during the party. They called them by name and asked them about school and their after school activities. The kids really enjoyed making their own mini pizzas and cupcakes. My husband and I really enjoyed how Cool Beans took care of everything: set up, we got a wrap tray for the adults that stayed, gift list, clean up. Thanks for making the party fun, easy, and relaxing!

Love Cool Beans. Service is always fast. Love trying new things, and today I got an iced stores mocha, hit the spot on a warm day.

It is difficult to see the menu boards. I used an on-line menu to decide my choices ahead of ordering. If you get coffee they pour the flavoring syrup straight into a disposable cup then you have to make your way to their coffee station which has great choices of coffees. If they get too busy. You will find that your choice may need refreshing, or that they are out. They will fill it when asked. The cashiers seem a little “rushed” at times just trying to get the orders done correctly. But they genuinely take the time, with you when they can, with kindness. I’ve seen people that have never been there before looking around super confused after being handed a cup with just the syrup. I’m not sure if the cashiers are clearly letting them know the next step, like where to find the coffee bar. But sometimes someone in our beautiful Medina Community will assist them on where to find it! Our FAMILY LOVE COOL BEANS lunches, chips, and their homemade chip dip is simply the BEST Around!!

The food is good, and prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice. But the coffee is a little inconsistent. The cold brew sometimes tastes like coffee that was brewed hot and poured over ice, and the espresso is sometimes extremely strong so you have to either really like strong acidic coffee or mellow it out with a lot of flavor.

We love it here so much! Come with friends for the classes they offer and their flights are always unique and very flavorful
