Great atmosphere and so much food and fun for a date night

It’s my favorite restaurant! You can have big parties but my favorite is a date night, it totally brings so much fun to the table, it’s a different and delicious experience.

I was extremely disappointed overall. I had my doubts about a chain restaurant that would be over $100 not including drinks. Boy was I right! The service was way off — think Applebees on a bad night with their worst server and that's what we experienced. The Melting Pot has a complicated menu and the hostess after asking us, failed to tell our server that we were first time customers. We went to the Buffalo location for Melting Pot in July 2020. This was our first time at that location but we have been to the Syracuse location at least a dozen times prior to them shutting down that location. We have visited the Melting Pot in Rochester and in Orlando. The Rochester experience wasn't the greatest but they were going through some personnel changes at that time so I won't hold them accountable or write a craptastic 1-star review. Had a great time. I enjoyed the food and drinks here. Service is good. Will definetly visit again
