The food was definitely fresh but there were definitely things they could improve upon. The Hero Joint — Patchogue Village The food was really good and you can tell it was fresh. This place is amazing not only the food but the people that work there are so nice and the owner is amazing definitely will recommend to others.

Favorite hero place in Patchogue at the moment. All of their ingredients are tasty and fresh.

Roast beef had a lot of hard grizzly fat and the portion was small. First time going and I won’t be returning. When I asked how things were cooked the guy at the register looked and answered like I was crazy for asking.

Very good experience at The Hero Joint. It's a clean, well organized little gem off of Main street in Patchogue. Good variety of sammiches to pick from. The potato chips they make were delicious, it was something nice to snack on while driving home. Our order did not disappoint at all. Will definitely be going back to try more.
