Excellent German food. Not many places around for German. Friendly staff.

Only ok. Hostess was a tad surly and service marginal. Food was meh. The sauerbraten was not great. Plain dry roast beef drowned in the sauce…and not at all marinated in it. Roast pork was dry and potato pancakes were half mashed potatoes and mushy. No sour cream offered with potato pancakes. The pumpernickel bread, however, was good.

Worth the long drive. Food is very authentic german with excellent taste with spices and every plate is a full meal. I always have some to bring home

The mayor platter that serves 2 can easily serve 4. Good German food.

I am so disappointed we sat at a table for 35 minutes with no service. Only 5 other tables in the dining area. 3 of the 4 waitresses made eye contact with my husband and myself. That is so unfortunate because the menu looked so delicious.
