Pollos Mario Steak House Seafood

Waited 2 hours to get our food because they were short staffed on a Saturday night. Waiter didn't even give us an explanation as to why we were not being served and never bothered to check in on our table. Had to ask the busboy for more drinks while we waited since Waiter was no where to be found.

Waitress was very unfriendly. Food wasnt great either. Ambience was nice. Brentwood location much better

I was on my way there, we were 15 minutes away. My wife called to see how long the wait is for a table. The hostess told her she could not tell her how long the wait is until we get there. Never had this happen to me before that they could not give you a rough idea of the wait time.

The food was pretty good. It was a takeout order so I can't really say anything else about the place.

The “pollo al carbon” was really good. We had it with beans and rice that was excellent, it also came with a side of salad and soup. Really affordable price and a big amount of food. The only reason why it doesn't get the 5 stars it's because the soup was too greasy for us. For all the other things including the personal was really good.
