Best as usual great variety from lunch sandwiches to the best variety of gourmet sweat delicacies like Huge cinnamon rolls to donut holes to the most sinful donuts on this planet. Paula's Dounutsis out of this world.

Good donuts, always fairly busy but never a long wait. Employees are efficient, and the cinnamon donuts filled with apple filling are fantastic.

Paula's is 100% the best local doughnut shop in WNY.

OMG! The best ever! Usually a line, but the staff is speedy. There's more than donuts; bagels and sandwiches too.

Not from the area and Hortons was packed so I stumbled across this place. Coffee was fresh and could barely finish one of the two huge and delicious donuts I bought. What a hidden treasure this place is. Hope to go there again soon.
