Inca Gaucho - <a href

Bad Service. I placed 2 orders and I was giving the wrong order and on top of it the food was cold. I called to talk to the manager and of course she/he wasn't available until the next day. Bad customer service. Other type of restaurants don't treat you that way. Very disappointed it with Inca Gaucho. Never again. I Do Not recommend this restaurant. Sadly, I had to write this review because you are trusting them with your food after a long day. Food is cold and it wasn't what you ordered.

First time we tried Inca and the food and service were excellent. Portions were massive. High quality and fresh. Highly reccommend this restaurant. Can't wait to try it again.
