I LOVE the Classic Sauerkraut, the sour dough bread, and the amazing vegan donuts and cookies!! So healthy and delicious!

I met Tara years ago when she was touring the country with a fermentation bus — she knew her stuff inside and out and her ferments were soooo tasty even then. Over the years she's further honed her skills and knowledge — I know that anything I get from Drifter is made with care, and passion for healthy microbiomes for all!

You can buy fermented foods to go, or order simple dishes in house. Everything is absolutely awesome, made right there and totally from scratch. So damn good!

Everything about Drifter is amazing. I wish I lived closer.
