Staff level of English is not adequate for international airport, and inferior to what I experienced everywhere else in Japan.
This chain is everywhere including at Narita Terminal 2. Originally planned on visiting Priority Pass lounges at T2: IASS or T.E.I. but both are landsides and heard that they ain't that good so skipped them. Anyway coffee is always reliable here and sandwiches etc reasonable for airport.
This place has better seating which is valuable as the terminal has free seating only at the gates. Staff are amazing very efficient and pleasant. They do a great job of handling the high volume of customers with a smile. Tip: 1. There are plug points to charge phones or laptops near the seating stools. 2. The place has a bit of space so you can wheel in your trolley next to your table.
Not a good cafe for coffee lover. I ordered Cafe Mocha and it tastes like hot chocolate. I don't know what they did with the coffee. Also, staff takes lots of time to prepare and in between their coffee machine jamed. Staff didn't seem customer oriented as they should be.
