Bidrage med feedbackRich soup and firm noodles are the perfect match, and the half fried rice set is also generous with plenty of ingredients, making it a great value.
I visited this famous chain restaurant in Yamagata prefecture around lunchtime. It is a place where you order after being seated. I had the ramen with half portion of fried rice set. The ramen had a light soy sauce broth with curly flat medium-thick noodles. The fried rice was moist and slightly oily, but seasoned to my liking and delicious. I sat at the counter near the entrance so I couldn't see much of the interior, but I could see table seating towards the back. The parking lot in front of the restaurant is very spacious, with enough room to comfortably park about 10 cars. It is located along a national highway, so I will definitely stop by again when I pass by.
When it comes to Ken-chan Ramen nationwide, it is often associated with the one from Tokushima, but this one seems unrelated. Good or bad, it was just average. It was an incredibly normal bowl of ramen, but tasty.
