I visited for lunch. Reservations are required, so please make a reservation before you visit. Since we were the only ones there today, the staff took the time to explain each dish to us, allowing us to fully enjoy the flavors. Each dish was carefully prepared, allowing the taste of the ingredients to shine through. Especially the Tanba Jidori chicken roasted in a stone oven had a nice color and when you bite into it, you can taste the wood aroma and the umami of the meat (not just the juices, but the flavor of the meat as you chew). I would like to visit this restaurant again if I have the chance. Bonus info! I was surprised when I entered the restroom. It was spacious and clean... This is a truly delicious restaurant. The cuisine can be enjoyed with both the eyes and the taste buds. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and stylish, and I love it. However, since the owner wants customers to savor the delicious food leisurely, they only allow three groups per day, so even if you want to go, you can't go right away, which is a downside.
