Hé Zhì Zhì Guǒ - 菊池市

I tried making rakugan and had a great experience. I was taught patiently and slowly how to make it, although it seemed simple but was actually quite difficult. The children who joined me were very skilled at it. I also bought some dorayaki on the way back. They had three flavors: sweet bean paste, melon, and plum. The plum flavor was light and very delicious. I had such a fun time. Thank you very much.

I had the opportunity to experience making Rakugan. I used to think it was just a decoration, but the Rakugan made by Goshi Seika using delicious rice flour and red bean paste was pleasantly sweet and fluffy! The shop owner kindly taught me, making it a very enjoyable experience.

I had a sweets-making experience at a restaurant through Jalan. It was fun making wagashi, and I received plenty of souvenirs. The artisan who taught us was also very nice and plays a role in taking care of the town. I highly recommend trying out this experience activity, especially if you have children who I think will enjoy it.
