Zuient Shí Jiàn Yín Shān Běn Diàn

While strolling through the streets, I came across a stylish gelato shop and decided to give it a try. It turns out it was newly opened! They offer over 10 flavors of gelato made with local milk and ingredients, and the taste was not too sweet and very delicious! The interior of the shop is also stylish and spacious, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your gelato.

I visited after a long time. In addition to my favorite bread, there was also a café next door. I had an iced café latte made with Tokachi pasteurized milk for takeout. It would be nice to relax in the café, but I decided to do that next time.

I found this bakery on Google and decided to check it out. The storefront is stylish and the bakery has a variety of delicious breads to choose from. The store is small, making it difficult to decide which bread to try. There is no parking lot at the store, so you have to park at the riverside square and walk to the store.

島根県の世界遺産、石見銀山の町並みにあるベーカリー ジェラート屋さん：Bäckerei Konditorei Hidaka（ベッカライ コンディトライ ヒダカ） 2015年にIターンしたオーナーが、世界遺産 石見銀山 にオープンしたドイツパンとお菓子のお店 2021年に隣接スペースにオープンした「Eis Cafe HIDAKA（アイスカフェヒダカ）」の方に今回はお邪魔した！ とうもろこしと醤油めっちゃ気になったけど、ピスタチオ、アールグレイルイボスティー、ストロベリーチョコチーズケーキというハズレなさそうなやつで行ってしまった、、笑 他にもいろんな美味しそうな種類があったし、隣のパン屋さんにも行ってないから次は攻めていきたい
