Yuán Píng - 弟子屈町

A popular izakaya in Kyutō. We tried their famous Poteko potatoes, the Big Eruption Ramen, and many other dishes. If you visit this place, I highly recommend trying the dishes I mentioned. They were so delicious that we ended up ordering another round. The Mashu Highball and the Sulfur Mountain Highball were also beautiful and delicious, so make sure to try them as well.

Is Genkoro the best? I ate it with salt, but the sauce is also delicious. Personally, I thought the beef tendon was delicious. It gets crowded, so it's better to go early! The second floor is like a home, with flowers at the entrance. It's a sign of delicious food. The recommended menu items are too tempting (laughs).

This restaurant is a great choice when you want to try local produce during your stay. You can enjoy vegetables and fish from nearby regions such as Kushiro, Mashu, Kawayu, and Rausu, paired with Hokkaido sake. It seems to be beloved by locals as well, as it was quite crowded when I visited at the end of the year. The ramen is also popular here.

ホテルで食事付きのプランが無かったので外のお店を探しました。 こちらのお店、食事としても居酒屋としても綺麗で美味しいですし！いわゆる温泉街 観光地のコスパ悪いお店ではなく、値段も普通です。ザンギとコロッケ美味しかった！ お店を切り盛りしている女性の方が、お店の名前はいなか家ですが、田舎らしくなくテキパキしていて、都会から来た人は良いと思います。

川湯温泉にある居酒屋原平。 田舎風の落ち着いた店内、根室産ホッケがお勧めだったので注文、凄ーく大きくて美味しかったです。サラダや焼き椎茸も美味。北海道の地酒もいいラインナップで取り揃えている。 地元の人たちが食事にくる安心のお店です。 温泉街は数年前に宿泊した宿も閉まり、他にも閉鎖の宿もちらほらあり、寂しい感じになっていました。
