Měi Yě Xìng - 男鹿市

The restaurant has a slightly intimidating appearance with its glass walls and quiet atmosphere. When the food is served, it's so quiet that you can't tell if there are any staff around. However, the taste is outstanding. For lunch, there is only the option of a stone-grilled set meal with natural red snapper. The price is a bit high, but the taste is worth it. The sashimi and simmered snapper are also exquisite. Personally, I could eat multiple bowls of just the tea-infused rice dish. There was also seaweed as a side dish, which was also delicious.

Specializing in ishiyaki dishes, the food at this restaurant is delicious. The use of wild red snapper, rather than farmed fish, gives the white meat a firm texture. The set meal includes sashimi and other dishes for the first serving of rice, and although seconds are not allowed, finishing with a delicious tai cha-zuke leaves a satisfying feeling. However, the prices may be a bit too high for some to easily afford.

石焼定食をいただきました。最高に美味しかったです。男鹿の鯛の水揚げ量によって提供量が変わるようです。当日は大雪でもあり、海が荒れていたため、事前に予約をしていた私一人が食べることが出来たようです。目にかなった食材がなければ提供しないという、 観光地らしくないこだわりが素晴らしいです。お酒もリーズナブルで言うことなしです。最高気温がマイナスだったのでお燗がしみました。なんにせよ、予約電話、確認電話は必須と言えます。ごちそうさまでした。

コチラの口コミで見ていたので前日にTELにて予約。 天然真鯛の石焼き定食と鯛の漬け丼を頂きました。真鯛がとても美味しく、皮がぷりぷりでサイコーでした。 漬け丼は九州とかのゴマ鰤の様なゴマたっぷりなんですがわさびだけ乗せて頂くスタイル。 これもすごく美味しい！ 2人で行ったらそれぞれ一つずつ頼んでシェアして4800円でベストかと。
