"The Hormone Stew Set meal comes with a free extra serving of rice. The hormone is tenderly stewed without any unpleasant smell. It is not greasy and you can tell the careful preparation that went into it. The light taste is enhanced by the savory miso and ginger flavors, making it easy to eat without getting tired. During lunch hours, it can get very crowded and you may have to wait for over 30 minutes, but the wait is definitely worth it for any of their dishes. The hygiene standards in the restaurant are also excellent."

I tried the "Shottsuru" yakisoba. I was worried about the taste of "Shottsuru," but they offer a self-service spray to adjust the flavor. I added spicy oil and lemon juice to the yakisoba with five ingredients in a thick sauce, and finished it off with a spray of "Shottsuru"! The enjoyable harmony was delicious. Despite being very crowded, the fast serving of the dishes is also a plus point!

Oga's local gourmet meal for 1280 yen. The hatahata bowl wasn't that great, but the shottsuru yakisoba was incredibly delicious. I love plate udon, and this was one of the best plate udons I've ever had. The shottsuru broth that you can customize with soy sauce or other flavors was excellent.

しょっつる焼きそば食べました。 美味しいですね。自分には（九州育ち）ちょっと塩っ辛いでしたが味変でラー油、レモンのサッパリにもできます。子供連れにも座敷があって申し分なし。ぜひ近くに行ったときにはよってください

ショッピングモール隣の大きい和風レストラン 海鮮は美味しいし、しょっつる焼きそばが美味しかった。
