いちもんじ Tún Gǔ ラーメン

The seaweed was wonderfully tender, and I thought the larger pieces went well with the rice. If I had to describe the ramen here, I’d say it’s a perfect combination of lightness and robust tonkotsu flavor! The balance of pork and soy sauce is excellent, making it an enjoyable experience. I brought my brother, who usually sticks to familiar choices, but he loved the ramen here! The staff were friendly, and I appreciated their warm hospitality. If you head toward the intersection and go back, there’s a parking lot for a nearby temple—they mentioned it! Keep in mind, though, that the entrance to the restaurant is a bit small and not easy to spot from the street. The interior is beautiful! By the way, I visited on a Friday around 1 PM, and the place was quite empty! I returned this time to the license center, but I’d love to come back more often if it were closer to home.

It's been a while since I last visited, and when I tried the food again, I noticed that the price had increased to 100 yen when I inserted 50 yen. Due to rising ingredient costs caused by the fish crisis, it has become very challenging to maintain the service. As I head back to my home country, I would like to express my gratitude to the owner for their continued support, with a touch of bittersweetness. The food is delicious, and I will definitely come back again!
