I wanted to eat soba in Kushiro. There are various soba restaurants in the suburbs, including famous ones, but this soba restaurant is located in the city center. I had tempura soba, and the freshly fried shrimp tempura was very delicious. It was my first time visiting, but the atmosphere of the staff was also very good.

It's crowded. The parking lot is diagonal, so if you have a large car or are not good at parking, you may have trouble. Despite being busy, you don't have to wait long. The staff is energetic, and the owner warmly welcomes guests with a loud voice, creating a lively atmosphere at this relaxed soba noodle restaurant. They provide masks and complimentary kelp tea.
