Chī Chá Wàng - 田布施町

I had been curious about this restaurant in the wonderful town of Tabuse with its beautiful cherry blossoms. While called a café, I think it would be better to classify it as a restaurant due to its diverse menu. The focus is on Vietnamese and herbal cuisine, with an emphasis on rice flour. It would be a safe option for those with wheat allergies. This time, I tried the set with pork pho, which came with fresh spring rolls for a reasonable price of 1280 yen. The interior of the restaurant was bright and clean. It was a delicious and lovely dining experience.

I have always wanted to visit the Vietnamese herbal cuisine café "Nozomi," so I pinned it on Google Maps and finally had the chance to visit when I happened to have some errands nearby! I ordered the herbal cuisine sweet and sour pork set meal, and everything was delicious and satisfying.

I enjoyed the Banh Xeo set for 1250 yen, which came with a mini pho and a drink. The vegetables were fresh and I left feeling very satisfied with the mini pho. The staff at this lovely restaurant were very friendly and the parking lot had plenty of space.

ベトナム料理 薬膳という言葉にひかれてずっと気になっていました。ようやく行くことができました 大人８人で行ったので事前に予約をしました。お店のなかはこじんまりとしており、ステージのようなものがありました。きっとコロナ前は何かしら演奏されてたのかな？ ベトナム料理が好きならフォーのランチセットがお勧めです。今回、薬膳ランチを食べたのですが、独特な感じもなく普通に美味しく頂きましたこれなら子どもも美味しく食べられるな～と思ったので家族で行ってもいいなという印象です。メニューに薬膳の効能が書いてあるのでそれをみながら注文するのも良さそうです。 自宅周辺にベトナム料理のお店がないので田布施 柳井方面に行く機会があればまた行きたいです

店内は爽やかな色使いで明るいです。 ベトナム絶辛フォーは食べられない辛さではなく、さっぱりいただけました。
