Dà Xiāng Lóu - 宇土市

I visited this restaurant for the first time because it had good reviews on Tabelog. I tried the fried rice, tantanmen, and gomoku soup soba, and all of them were good with great flavors, quality ingredients, and reasonable prices. My partner, who is a chef, was impressed by the different cutting techniques used on the vegetables according to the ingredients, and said it was the best he had ever tasted. The total cost was ¥2,265.

The salted fried chicken here is amazing. It has completely changed my perception of what salted fried chicken should taste like. In fact, it's so good that I feel like I need to lower the scores I've given to other restaurants. I highly recommend trying it, just be careful not to burn your mouth. It might be hard to resist, though!笑

After seeing the Chinese restaurant that was featured on TV, I wanted to visit and decided to come for lunch. There were various lunch combinations to choose from, and I had a hard time deciding.
