Bidrage med feedbackThe mini udon set with chicken and egg rice bowl costs 740 yen. As for the chicken and egg rice bowl, it has a refreshing finish. The ingredients include fish cake, green onions, onions, and chicken thigh, all finely balanced in just the right amount. It might be just right for those who are not fond of strong flavors. As for the udon, it is homemade hand-cut noodles with a medium thickness. While they may look soft, they have a firm chewiness that is unique to hand-cut noodles. With a slightly thinner width, they also have a good mouthfeel. As for the broth, I initially thought it looked like a light and mild broth, but as soon as I took a sip, the broth made from various seafood spread throughout my mouth, with a hint of a tangy flavor that was its characteristic taste. The price was also reasonable.
Our youngest, who is almost 5 years old, loves the tamago-don and mini soba set (700 yen), and ended up eating half of the tamago-don. My wife had the ten-toji-don and mini udon set (920 yen). The ten-toji-don had beef on top of small shrimp tempura. Personally, I recommend the large zaru soba.
The traditional Japanese-style interior of the restaurant creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the scenery visible from the table seats is also outstanding. The noodles are handmade, soft yet with a good texture, and the broth is flavorful and perfectly coats the noodles.
柔らかいけど一応腰は有るような。 そんな柔らかい系うどんの好きな人には最高のうどんです。しかも出汁が馬鹿美味い。ただし1つだけ残念な事が?それは、行けばわかるかも。
